Ride Booking You can view the estimated fare, distance, and duration before confirming a ride. Once a driver accepts your ride, cancellation is no longer allowed. You have the freedom to accept or reject driver offers before booking. 3. Scheduling Rides You can schedule your rides in advance. Please ensure your contact and location details are correct to avoid delays or cancellation. 4. Payments All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers. Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable fees. Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time. 5. Location & Tracking We collect your location data to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and real-time trip tracking. You may share your live trip with family or friends for added safety. 6. Data & Permissions The app requires the following permissions: - Location Access – to detect your current position and calculate trip details. - Camera & Media – for uploading profile photos or documents (if required). - Notifications – to alert you about driver updates, offers, and ride status. 7. SOS Button The SOS feature instantly alerts your emergency contact or relevant authorities in case of danger or distress during your ride. 8. Driver Responsibility CSC Taxi works with contracted drivers who are vetted and trained. While we strive for safe rides, CSC is not responsible for actions outside the scope of the contracted agreement. 9. Limitation of Liability CSC is not liable for delays, ride cancellations, or loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances or user negligence. 10. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating our terms or engaging in suspicious activity. 11.
